By accessing this website or engaging Bhavetech for web design, development or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services.
These terms apply to all visitors, clients and anyone who engages us for a project, in addition to any separate proposal or agreement signed for that project.

Our Services
Bhavetech provides website design, development, redesign, e-commerce, security hardening and maintenance services. The specific scope, deliverables and timeline for a project are defined in a separate proposal or agreement provided before work begins.
- We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any project that violates these terms or applicable law.
- Timelines quoted are estimates and may shift based on client feedback, content delivery or project scope changes.
- Any work outside the agreed scope may be treated as a change request subject to additional fees.

Payment & Fees
Project pricing and payment structure are outlined in your proposal, typically split across milestones rather than a single upfront payment. Specific amounts and due dates are confirmed before work starts.
- Work may pause if an agreed milestone payment is not received on time.
- Late payments may be subject to a reasonable delay in delivery or launch.
- All fees are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual Property
Once a project is complete and paid in full, ownership of the final website and its content transfers to the client, except for any third-party assets (such as licensed fonts, stock images, plugins or frameworks) which remain subject to their original licenses.
Until final payment is received, all design files, code and project materials remain the property of Bhavetech. We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities
To keep your project on schedule, you agree to:
- Provide accurate content, branding assets and timely feedback during the Discover and Design stages.
- Ensure you have the rights to any content, images or trademarks you ask us to use.
- Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe so the project can move forward.
- Keep any account credentials, hosting access or domain details we require secure and up to date.

Warranties & Disclaimers
We build every website with a security-first approach and test across common devices and browsers before launch. However, our services and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including uninterrupted availability or complete freedom from vulnerabilities.
No website can be guaranteed 100% secure. We take reasonable, industry-standard precautions but cannot promise an outcome free of all risk.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bhavetech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of revenue, data or business opportunity.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for that specific project.

Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to that point, and Bhavetech will deliver any finished deliverables covered by payments received.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
